Meeting and event space is available to parish ministry and social groups. Space is based upon building and staff availability.

Dates for tables in the Narthex must also be reserved.  To inquire about a room reservation for a meeting or event or a table in the narthex, please complete the facility inquiry form.

The reservation is confirmed when the event or meeting has been acknowledged in an email confirmation.  At that time, the date, time and location will be added to the online parish calendar.  Please allow 2-3 business days for a response before your event/meeting is confirmed or denied as all requests must be reviewed. 

Please note:

• If your group is asking to use the Parish Life Center/gym, a set up form will also need to be completed and returned to our building director, Dean Thompson, no later than one week prior to any event. The Parish Life Center set up form can be found in the documents section below.
